Making a difference

"Merveilleux!"

Last year, WWHI delivered 165 newborn kits to the health post in Saraya, Senegal. Each kit included
one blanket, four diapers and diaper pins, one shirt, a pair of socks, and two bars of soap.

"Merveilleux! Wonderful!" says Fatou Traore, a midwife in Saraya. "The mothers here are very happy.
Thank you, friends, for working for the welfare of women! Every time we give a newborn kit to the
mothers after birth, we tell them that you are helping us. They are well appreciated."
